With the end of the fall 2021 semester, the PAPM Students' Society wants to hear your feedback to come back even better for the winter term!

Through the following sections, you will have the opportunity to provide general feedback to PAPM Students' Society as a whole, as well as specific feedback for individual executives. Below each executive's title is a short description of their roles and responsibilities as a reminder if needed. You are not required to answer every single question.

Please ensure that all feedback remains respectful - any hate speech or unrelated comments will not be considered.

Second Year PAPM Essay Editing Session

The PAPMSS is inviting all students in PAPM2001 to an essay editing session this Friday! Everyone is welcome, whether you have finished your essay and just want someone to read it over or you are still working on it and want to bounce ideas off of an upper-year student. The session is a drop-in from 6:00pm to 8:00pm but there are a limited number of upper years and the pairings will be done first-come, first-serve so join as early as possible.

Election Committee application

PAPM students who are not looking to run in the election can participate by joining the Elections Committee.

In the case of an appeal of an electoral decision of the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) during the PAPMSS election, the PAPMSS Elections Committee will:

  • meet within 3 business days of the request for appeal;

  • review all available evidence; and

  • render a recommendation on the appeal.

Why join the Elections Committee?

  • Gain team-work skills by collaborating with other members

  • Gain a credit on your Co-Curricular Record (CCR)!

  • Get involved in the PAPM community!

Applications for fall 2021 PAPMSS Chief Electoral Officer

All PAPMSS CEO Applicants must submit a CV and Resume detailing why they are interested and qualified for the position.

Deadline: September 8th @ 3pm
Length of Term: September 13 - October 11, 2021

Requirements:
- Must be a 4th or 5th year PAPM student
- Must be able to commit 2-5 hours per week to the role for the Fall Election period
- not required, but preferred to possess a general understanding of the PAPMSS electoral process

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the PAPMSS elections are fair, free, and democratic
- Communicate with the Senate office to create ballots
- Work with VP Communications to make election graphics and media
- Run an Election Information Night
- Establish an Elections Committee
