Matthew Winter

Second Year Representative

Matthew is a second year International Relations and Conflict student from Kanata, Ontario. He is currently the second-year rep.

Matthew loves PAPM for the close-knit and passionate community and the specializations that allow students to focus on their interests.

Outside of class, Matthew works at Food Basics (!!) in Kanata. He loves travelling, live music and exploring Ottawa. You can usually find him on his one and a half hour commute home or studying in the library, please feel free to say hello!
